Seems like we couldn't get a consensus on the speaker or entertainment for this year's event.  Some people wanted to get speakers while others thought that would be boring.  Some people wanted us to have karaoke!!  While that might sound entertaining to some of you, I'm not so sure I want some of us old Dunsonites trying karaoke...  Some people wanted a live band (which incidentally sounded much better than a "dead" band)  but others thought it would make it difficult to socialize.  So we've come up with our own form of entertainment as a surprise.  Obviously, I can't say what it is or it wouldn't be a surprise but I think everyone will enjoy it.

Looks like the Friday night social event is a "GO".  Current plans are to begin at 5:00 pm and go until ?? This will be the time to bring you children, grandchildren or anyone else who can't believe how good you had it growing up at Dunson.    Light food/snacks will be available and I'm told by the committee members there will be plenty of food.  Be sure to annotate on your invitation when it comes that you will be doing the Friday night event as well as the Saturday reunion.

Looks like Saturday's menu will be:

Beef Roast & Gray or Turkey & Dressing
Sweet Potato Casserole
Green Beans
Field Peas
Creamed Corn

Peach cobbler for Dessert

This year tables will be preset with a garden salad and dessert.

Also, there will be two serving lines and additional people serving.
